N°1 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

We value quality and customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we allow domestic returns up to 3 days from delivery date for damaged items. As for unused items, we can allow up to 7 days from delivery date. 

 

N°2 I RECEIVED MY ITEM IN THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I SEND IT BACK FOR RESIZING?

 

If there was a mistake is sizing from our end or a you received a gift you would like exchanged, we will be happy to help you exchange your piece to the correct size. We allow exchanges within 7 days after you've received your item.

 

N°3 WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalised or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

N°4 HOW LONG ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCESSED?

 

Depending on where you live and the availability of the replacement item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

N°5 WHO COVERS SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

N°6 CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

 

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

N°7 HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your payment method of choice.

 

N°8 DO YOUR PIECES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

 

We have a 30-day warranty for our pieces. If your warranty has expired, we can repair your pieces for a service fee depending on the damage.
 
N°9 DO YOU OFFER REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT SERVICES?
